The lone terrorist Mohammed Ajmal Kasab who captured in the Mumbai terror attacks in India 2008 now he is on trial. The trial is going to start before Special Judge M L Tahilyani in Mumbai Jail few days ago (23 March). Mumbai Police already sent the charge-sheet against Kasab to the Home Ministry. The charge-sheet takes account of the answer to how the boat was hijacked in Gujarat. It also attaches Kasab’s confession with transcripts of the conversations by attackers during the Mumbai attacks. Police send answers to the 30 questions, as well, asked by the Pakistan authorities. At this time it is Center’s prerogative to send reply to the Pak Administration. Earlier, Mumbai police had submitted an over 11,500-page charge-sheet in the terror attacks on 25 February in the Qila court. It had included the names of Kasab and 44 others – including nine killed attackers – involved in Mumbai attack that claimed more than180 lives. That time the incident made a noise all over the world.
